*Egg gravy is met with mixed reviews, either you love it (Eden) or hate it (Charlotte). It was one of Phil's comfort foods as he came out of chemo treatments and could start handling food again. It is something my dad's mom used to cook. Even among my siblings it is either hate it (Heather) or love it (me).
